Canyon Call Child Safety Standards

Canyon Call has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior of this kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

Canyon Call is a private neighborhood community app (Sunset Canyon) restricted to adult members of the community. Access requires admin approval tied to property ownership or residency, and our Community Guidelines (available in the app under Settings) prohibit any content that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors.

How we prevent and respond to CSAE

Restricted membership. New accounts require administrator approval before a member can post, message, or view community content.
In-app reporting. Every post, reply, and message can be flagged for review directly from within the app. Flagged content is routed to community administrators.
Admin review and removal. Administrators review every flagged item and can remove content and take action against the account that posted it, up to and including permanent account deletion.
Zero tolerance. Any confirmed CSAE content or behavior results in immediate removal, account termination, and a report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement as legally required.

How to report a concern

Members can report any post, reply, or message using the Flag option available on that item within the app. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services right away.
